Working as part of the Wellbeing Exeter project, Exeter Community Initiatives’ 13 Community Builders in Exeter and Cranbrook help create new networks, connect people and opportunities, and look at what community spaces, skills, groups and people exist in an area.
They support you to grow your own ideas and try new things that bring people together, improve wellbeing and make the community a better place to live!
Our Community Builders have directly supported hundreds of residents to turn their bright ideas into reality; from planting mini orchards and organising garden parties and fun days, to setting up new toddler groups and Little Libraries.
If you’ve got a bright idea for your local area and need some support, get in touch!

Each Community Builder produces a regular newsletter packed with news and events. For the latest issue, find your Community Builder below and click the newsletter icon. You can even sign up to receive a copy by emailing your Community Builder.
